2 Ingredient Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Organic eggs
  • 1 Banana

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Fry pan

Method
 

  1. Mash banana in a bowl. Whisk eggs separately. Mix together well OR Blend ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Cook in a greased non stick pan over gentle heat as you would normal pancakes- it’s super important to cook these SLOWLY!
  3. Serve with berries and coconut yogurt or maple syrup.
  4. Options:
    Add 1/4 cup oats to the blender for a thicker batter and extra energy.
    For extra deliciousness, add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the batter before cooking.
