This week I received a really great reminder about how our thoughts create our reality, and I was finding myself allowing my thoughts to shift towards things I didn’t feel good about. Of course this meant that I wasn’t feeling so great about what’s going on in this world and this was reflected in my reality. Oops!
So yesterday I focused my thoughts on what I DO want, and how those things I want make me feel. I also cleared a lot of resistances within my energy field that I hadn’t been aware of. Last night I had the best sleep everrrr! Gosh it was wonderful!
Then today I was intuitively nudged to take a look at a guided meditation program. I listened to the sample and thought it was a bit “meh” but I was then nudged to ask my subconscious if I would benefit from purchasing and using the program and I received a very strong “yes”! So I purchased the program first thing, and decided to do the morning meditation right away.
My day went up from there! This meditation reminded me to focus on what I want, how it feels to have what I want, and to become the person who has what I want, every single day! Even as I type this, I feel this amazing feeling within me!
My husband and I decided to go and grab some lunch, and on our way there he suggested we take a drive down to a beautiful valley that we love, and I quickly agreed. Our dream is to live in this valley, and during my meditation I was able to visualise us living there – it was amazing!
To top things off on our little trip, we came across the rocks featured here, which somebody had obviously spent some time carefully placing so they wouldn’t topple over. Cool huh? I just had to take a photo!
We were then greeted by a number of kangaroos, maybe a dozen or so. They were a fair distance away, but I wanted to capture two of them with my camera as a reminder of our wonderful day today! Gratitude is so very powerful, and today I chose to savour every moment – even capturing some on camera!
Where my thoughts go, my energy flows, so today was about making sure my thoughts were going in the direction I want to head toward, and it has paid off! Gratitude is key here – the more you feel grateful for, the more you will receive to feel grateful for.
