When I talk about clutter, it’s not just the physical clutter I’m talking about – it’s the emotional clutter too.
You’d be amazed to know how much both physical and emotional clutter can contribute to the circumstances in your life, especially if those circumstances aren’t ideal.
Clutter has an energy surrounding it, and this energy can repel the abundance and prosperity you’re striving for.
So what can I do about my clutter?
There are a few things you can do to deal with your clutter, but let’s start here:
- Start with the physical clutter. Look around your home and pick one room to start. Clear that room of clutter, throwing out or giving away anything that does not serve you.
- Once the first room is done, move to the next, and then the next. You may have to repeat this process over several weekends until it’s done, but trust me, you’ll be glad you did!
- Once your physical clutter is under control, you will immediately feel a positive energy shift – this is a great start!
- Next, and the hardest to clear, is the emotional clutter – this one is a little more stubborn to clear, but it can be done. Start with how you feel. Do you feel good or do you feel bad?
- If you feel bad, shift your energy by coming up with the things you feel grateful for right now, no matter how insignificant you think they are. And keep going!!!
There’s a LOT more I can talk about regarding emotional clutter, and we’ll cover that in future articles. But for now, keep the gratitude focus happening and at the very least, you will feel slight improvements in your mindset.
With both the physical and emotional clutter under control, you will begin to notice subtle changes in your life, as your desire for abundance and prosperity begins to manifest. It is important however, to keep that clutter under control for the long term – this isn’t a “set and forget” strategy – this is a lifestyle change!
