I came across this image today and immediately fell in love with it. It just brings up feelings of joy and happiness for me – maybe it’s just a “sunflower thing” or even a pretty sky thing, but it certainly brightened an already wonderful day!
And this is the thing…
If you’re in a happy vibrational state, you’re going to automatically keep attracting more things into your life that add to your happiness.
If you’re feeling down, you may also notice that when it rains, it pours! All of a sudden everything starts to go wrong! Why is this???
It’s because you’ve allowed your vibration to drop, and you’re now attracting situations or events which match that vibration.
If you’re feeling bad and you want to feel good again, it’s time to take action and literally “smell the flowers”! Or, if you’re allergic to flowers, try these:
- Go for a walk in nature – breathe in the fresh, clean air and feel grateful for your surroundings.
- Meditate with the intention of increasing your vibration into a happy vibration.
- Exercise – this is by far the best anti-depressant there is!
- Write in your gratitude journal – list 5 things you’re grateful for (you DO have a gratitude journal, don’t you??).
- Declutter your home – this has more power than you think! A decluttered home = a decluttered mind!
If you’re not feeling even just a teeny bit better after this, I’d be very surprised! Keep doing this stuff daily and over time you will notice a huge difference in your thoughts, your feelings and your experiences. Trust me – it’ll be worth it!
