How can setting a goal make you feel better?
There are lots of ways!
- You now have something to look forward to
- You are now working to achieve something
- What you’re doing now has purpose
- Life has some meaning
- You are no longer going around in circles, but heading towards that goal
- Thinking about your goal can lift your spirits, and therefore your energy levels
- Lots more!
The next time you’re feeling a little blue, think of what your goals are and if you don’t have one then set one!
