You cannot attract being slim when you feel overweight, you cannot attract happiness when you feel sad, you cannot attract prosperity when you feel poor, and you cannot attract love when you feel unlovable.
This exercise is about feeling how you want to feel once you have achieved all that you desire, before you’ve actually achieved it!
This is an important process because your feelings are your attractive force – they’re the backbone behind everything you’ve ever manifested or will manifest, so your feelings need to match the vibration of what you desire, so that you become aligned with that desire and subsequently attract it.
In this section we cover two exercises which focus on embracing the feeling of achieving your desires, so that you can super-charge your attractive force!
Visualisation
- Take a deep breath, then take another, and then one more, until you feel relaxed.
- Spend the next two minutes imagining and visualising your desire as already achieved.
- How do you feel, knowing that your desire has manifested? Really feel that feeling and allow this wonderful feeling to embrace and flow over and through you.
How do you feel now? Do you feel lighter? Happier? A little clearer about your desire?
Practise this daily, and take note of the difference it makes!
Acting as if
Acting as if, is a great way to increase your attraction to what you desire. You don’t have to do anything drastic like go out and put a down payment on a Ferrari, but it’s important to do something that makes you feel aligned with what you want. It’s about embracing the actions of somebody who already has what you want.
Here are some examples you could try…
Do you want to feel rich?
Hire a cleaner | Have your nails done | Get a massage |
Take a friend to lunch | Hire a luxury car for a day | Go to a fancy restaurant |
Look up fancy holiday destinations | Shout a friend some lunch | Browse luxury homes online |
You don’t have to break the bank to feel rich. This is about the experience. If you decide to try any of the examples above, pretend you are rich beyond your wildest dreams, and feel rich as you live each experience.

Take a daily walk | Join a gym | Eat healthy & clean |
Meditate each day | Be grateful for your health | Work out regularly |
Challenge yourself | Join fitness communities | Monetise your good health |
What would a fit, healthy and strong person do each day? Pretend you are this person, do this consistently, and you will eventually become this person. You could even look at monetising your good health by getting involved in a business where you promote healthy products. That way you’re improving your health and you’re making money!

To attract a loving relationship, it’s even more about how you feel and less about what you do. How happy will you feel when you’ve finally met and are in a loving relationship with the person of your dreams?? The happier you feel, the more attractive you are to the person you wish to attract, so it’s time to get happy about it, despite the fact they may not “exist” in your life yet!
The affirmation I used when I was single, was this: “I am in a loving relationship with the perfect man for me”. I wrote this down, I read it back to myself, and then I let it go. I knew the perfect man for me was out there somewhere, and a few months later he finally appeared! I just wasn’t quite ready for him before that day. So use this time wisely, and go within and really really give yourself all of the love you can muster, because not too far away is the man/woman of your dreams!
