More stuff on how to be happy
– Express your feelings and affection to loved ones. Let pent up anger or frustrations go and find ways of expressing these feelings in a positive, constructive manner.
– Working hard brings tremendous personal satisfaction to many people. It gives a feeling of accomplishment when tasks are completed and they give us a sense of value.
– Learning can be a fun exercise. Try and learn something new everyday. Learning also helps us to expand and broaden our horizons, and it could open us up to more opportunities in the future.
– Run, jog, walk and do other things that your body was made for. Feel alive.
– Avoid exposure to negative elements like loud noises, toxins and hazardous places.
There are lots of things you can do to help you remain positive and happy, and these are just a few ideas.
