How can you tell whether you’re in flow or out of flow? And what does it matter anyway?
If you’re in flow, you’re in vibrational alignment with what you want. If you’re out of flow, you’re no longer in vibrational alignment with what you want.
If you’re out of vibrational alignment with what you want, you’re resisting what you want. The Universe wants to deliver what you want, but you’re saying “Not right now, Universe. I have some negative thinking to do first!”
There’s an easy way to tell whether you’re in flow or out of flow:
- If you’re in flow, you feel good
- If you’re out of flow, you feel bad
These feelings are kind of like a guidance system to your subconscious, providing you with some pretty clear clues about whether you’re in flow or not.
If you’re currently feeling bad you know you’re out of flow. You also know there’s something you can do about that, right?
To get back in flow, the following steps may help:
- Acknowledge the negative feeling
- Forgive yourself for allowing this feeling to come in
- Choose something good to focus on in order to help yourself to feel good again
If you follow these steps, you’re gradually going to train your thoughts to stay mostly positive, and once this happens, you’ll notice that your life experiences are also going to improve.
