I believe that gratitude is one of the greatest wonders of the world, because it brings about so many positive things in your life, such as:
- It give you a more positive perspective on life
- It helps you to stay focused on the good
- It can help you to find a solution to a problem
- It helps you to attract more of what you want into your life
- It improves your sense of well-being
- It helps you to become happier, no matter what your circumstances are
…and the list goes on!
Starting today, I want you to add the following ritual to the first part of the day, and in a month I’d like you to note how much happier and more positive you’re feeling, and whether some positive changes have happened over the month.
So here it is…
- Get yourself a notebook and label it your “Gratitude Journal”. You can decorate it if you want to.
- Each morning, write down 10 things that you’re grateful for, as well as why you’re grateful for that thing.
- Once you’ve written down your 10 things, read back through them, and give thanks for each one.
- Repeat every day for at least a month, although this is something you should consider implementing for the rest of your life!
I like to do this while I’m eating my breakfast first thing in the morning, because it starts my day off on a positive note and sets the tone for the rest of my day – it’s amazing!
If you’re able to do this every day, watch out for some amazing and positive changes in your life! You will be amazed!!!
