This workout is one where you can really push yourself and is the perfect isolation workout because you don’t need much space.
All you need is a skipping rope, but if you don’t have one or you’re unable to work out in a space where using the rope is possible, simply jump on the spot!
I am guessing you will have some “muscle awareness” after you’ve completed this one!
- 10 burpees
- 50 skips with a skipping rope
- 10 squats (you can do goblet squats if you need a challenge)
- 10 sit ups or crunches (vary this exercise to suit your fitness level)
Repeat 5 times.
