We all have days where it’s like the smallest thing can upset or trigger you. Have you ever been in a situation that triggered you and you snapped at a loved one without even realising you had done it?
Many of us will go and beat ourselves up over such an outburst, but let’s look at this a different way…
When we’re feeling bad, this is a sign that we are not aligned with our inner being. It’s a sign that there is something going on with our thoughts or feelings that differ from the pure love and joy that our inner being is experiencing.
Over the last couple of days, my gorgeous husband has been a little short-tempered which is out of character for him. He’d had a fantastic day yesterday, and last night he felt triggered by a situation which was extremely minor, but for some reason it really got to him.
So last night, with his permission (I never work on a person without their permission – not even my husband!) I did some clearing work on him, and I found out that the reason he had been triggered so easily is because he had some layers of energetic imbalances which needed to be released. The anger was a signal from his inner being to alert us that these imbalances were present.
After working on him and clearing what I could, he felt a little bit funny for a while, but this morning he’s feeling much better!
Our inner being is always looking after us, and it’s really important to look for the signs it’s sending us so that we can do something about it. Sometimes the signs are extremely subtle, and sometimes, like my husband, the signs are more obvious.
So next time you’re not feeling too good, look at it as a sign to let you know there are some feelings or emotions going on inside of you which are contrary to what your inner being wants you to feel.
