It’s taken me a very long time to get my head around this, but it has become very clear to me that if I continue to live my life in the exact same way, every single day, then it’s unlikely I will see the changes I want in my life.
So let’s say I go to work every day, I do my job, I think the same thoughts, I do the same things, and I feel the same way, every single day.
I am basically vibrating at the exact same frequency every day.
It is not possible to create a new life out of groundhog day, when you’re sending out the exact same vibration, every single day! Remember, what you put out you get back!
So here’s a few pointers on what you can do to mix things up a little!
- Start the day with a morning gratitude practice
- Set reminders in your phone throughout the day, to remind you to look for the positives in a situation you’re currently in
- Do one thing today that you didn’t do yesterday – this could be something as simple as going for a walk at lunch time, when you usually eat while sitting at your desk
- Do one thing tomorrow that you didn’t do today – as above!
- Finish your day by thinking about the most positive aspects of your day and really focusing on them, and also think about why they were so positive, while pondering the good feelings associated with each event.
And there you have it! Apply these small changes to your day for 30 days and let’s see how things unfold! How exciting!!!
