I’ve talked about this before. Gratitude is one of the most powerful ways to attract more good into your life. The more you are grateful for the good stuff, the more good situations you will attract into your life.
On the opposite side of the scale, the more negative stuff you focus on, the more negative situations you will attract.
So it’s pretty clear that if you want more good in your life, you need to show gratitude for the good you already have – and believe it or not, no matter how bad your life seems right now, there is always something to be grateful for…. right??
Here’s a little gratitude practice that’s bound to shift your vibration, if you implement it for the next 28 days:
- Write down 10 things you are grateful for right now, and also why you feel grateful for each thing.
- Once you have completed your list, read back through each one, saying (and feeling!) “thank you, thank you, thank you!” after each one
- Repeat daily for 28 days
If you repeat this every day for 28 days, you’re going to see some positive changes in your life – guaranteed!
