“How can a past life regression help me?” I have often wondered, and it wasn’t until I began studying this fascinating subject and then started to learn how to perform past life regressions, that I really started to understand their true power.
Many psychiatrists came upon past life regressions by accident. One in particular, Dr Brian Weiss, was working with a client and during a timeline regression (where the client is taken back to a significant time in their current life), when she found herself in ancient Egyptian times! He was an absolute non-believer until this point, but she knew information and provided so much detail that he began to doubt his belief. Over time he would work with this client and others and concluded that reincarnation was actually a “thing”!
In Dr Weiss’ book, Many Lives, Many Masters, he worked with a client who had a number of fears and anxiety issues which no other doctor or specialist could resolve. However, after her first past life regression, she immediately improved, then over time her issues slowly disappeared as they discovered more information from many of her past lives!
Dr Michael Newton also discovered that after taking a client with significant leg pain through the regression process, her pain was cured after she discovered she’d been run over by a horse carriage as a young girl in a previous life!
During my training in this process, I observed as people were taken into past life regressions to help them with their confidence and self esteem. In some cases it seemed that they were carrying feelings of unworthiness for whatever they’d done (or not done) in previous lives, and this was playing out in their current reality.
So when I’m asked “How can a past life regression help me?”, I can only ask you in return, “How do you want to be helped?” and your response will likely be the answer!
