I’ll kick off today by explaining what a heart wall is, because it’s possible you’ve never heard of one! I will also explain what a heart wall has to do with abundance – this important because if you have a heart wall then it could be blocking your ability to manifest the abundance and prosperity you desire!
To put it simply, a heart wall is an emotional, energetic “wall” we build up subconsciously around our hearts to protect it from emotional pain and heartache.
So what does a heart wall do exactly?
While the heart wall protects your heart in times of emotional pain and heartache, it can also block the body’s ability to heal itself, causing both physical and emotional symptoms. It will also prevent you from being able to fully open your heart to others, and it will prevent you from manifesting abundance and prosperity too.
How does a heart wall block abundance?
My belief is that because the heart wall prevents us from feeling our emotions properly, we’re not able to fully embrace the feeling of gratitude.
If you do not feel gratitude in your life, then it’s not possible to receive more things to feel grateful for.
It’s like your ability to feel has been “numbed” by an anesthetic, preventing you from truly experiencing the joys of life.
It doesn’t sound fun, does it?
Is it possible to break down a heart wall?
Yes! In fact, it’s really important that you do, because it will open up your heart so you can finally feel again so your life has more meaning and so that you can finally enjoy life to its fullest!
People who have had their heart walls removed have experienced so many wonderful improvements in their life, including:
- Because they are able to feel things again, they are now able to live their lives how they’re supposed to – and they’re actually able to enjoy the ride!
- They’ve managed to attract more of what they desire into their lives, including love, success, abundance, and happiness.
How do you remove a heart wall?
A Certified Emotion Code or Body Code Practitioner (such as myself!) is trained to identify and clear a heart wall and it doesn’t hurt a bit! It usually takes between 2 and 3 sessions to remove a relatively “small” heart wall, and more intense heart walls can take up to 5-6 sessions to remove.
It doesn’t hurt a bit, although you may feel a weird feeling in your chest as the traumas are being cleared.
Afterward, you may feel a little vulnerable or emotional, but this generally lasts only a day or two.
