Are you in a funk right now? You wouldn’t be human if you didn’t have the occasional down days, especially when faced with life challenges.
Money tends to play a big part in our state of mind and feeling of peace and security, and it only takes one little financial “disaster” to send us into a downward spiral of stress and worry.
The problem with stress and worry is that it lowers our vibration, and we magically begin to attract more events to be stressed and worried about, in a most alarming way. Have you noticed how everything seems to be going wrong at once? This is because a low vibrational frequency (yours, because you’re stressed and worried) will resonate with low vibration events (things to be stressed and worried about).
This will keep happening until you raise your vibration, so that you can begin to attract more positive experiences and events.
So how do I raise my vibration?
There are soooo many ways to raise your vibration, but today I’m going to talk about one of them: Gratitude!
Gratitude is such a powerful tool, and it can actually change your life.
You could be in the depths of “hell” right now, but if you can manage to shift your vibration to a higher level, your outside world, and your perception of it, will begin to improve.
So here’s how it’s done:
- Get yourself a notebook or journal
- Every single morning, write down at least three things you are grateful for right now
- While writing, feel the gratitude for these things washing over you
- Allow your vibration to rise to a more positive level
- Do this every single day
Some days, when things are really bad, it can be difficult to come up with something to be grateful about, but there is surely something you can feel grateful for – even if it’s just gratitude that yesterday is over!
If you can keep doing this every day, keep your eyes peeled for subtle improvements in your life – you’ll be surprised at how quickly this can happen!
