Yesterday I learned of a 30 day ritual which completely turned around the life of a man who had been wanting to manifest a business, a partner and some weight loss, with incredible results.
This man had a desire to create three specific things in his life:
- He wanted to start a business with his best friend in a business he likely had no business being in (ok…)
- He wanted to manifest the love of his life – his vision of her was amazing!
- He wanted to lose 15lbs without any change of diet or any exercise
60 days prior to the recording he was featured in, he had made a commitment to implement a ritual for 30 days.
Here’s what it involved:
- He wrote a thank you letter to “source”. This wasn’t any letter though – it was a letter from the future, thanking source for the outcomes of his new ritual, and it included the three things above. He was quite general about the business thing and he wrote that he’d lose 15lbs without a change of diet or exercise, and although he was quite specific about the type of woman he wanted as his partner, he had no idea who she was! He just wrote about her attributes and by the time he finished writing about her, he was so totally in love with her!
- He read that letter every morning and every night, feeling how it would feel to genuinely experience the success he’d had in manifesting his desires.
- He committed to finding one thing every single day that would make him happy, and he did that.
So what was the outcome? He manifested all of these things and more!
- His best friend contacted him out of the blue, asking him to join him in a business venture that he had no business being in;
- He realised that the woman of his dreams was right under his nose, and not only that but she was already in love with him!
- He lost 17lbs with pretty much no effort!
Sounds easy, right? Of course it is, so get writing! And every day for the next 30 days, do something that makes you happy!
If you’re looking for some happy ideas, here’s what I like to do that makes me happy:
- Go for a walk in nature
- Yoga
- Meditation
- Exercise
- Reading a book
- Listening to music and dancing around the house
- Listening to motivational audios
- Calling a friend
- Cuddle my dog
- Kiss my husband
- Feed the wildlife
- Tell someone you love them
- Watch a funny show or movie
- Walking barefoot on the grass
- Colouring in/drawing/craft
- Baking
- Quality time with family or friends
- Eating out
- Playing pool
- Playing a team sport
- Relaxing at home and not doing a single thing!
This list could go on and what I love to do and what you love to do are probably quite different, so just do what makes you happy! Today is day 1 for me, and my happy thing for the day was an awesome workout in our home gym with my husband as my very own personal trainer! I’m sure he’s trying to kill me, but it was a great workout! haha!
