Are you feeling a little down? Are you feeling a little lost? I think most of us have felt this way at some point in our lives, and there is one thing you can do that makes all the difference – setting a goal!

How can setting a goal make you feel better?

  • You now have something to look forward to
  • You are now working to achieve something
  • What you’re doing now has purpose
  • Life has some meaning
  • You are no longer going around in circles, but heading towards that goal
  • Thinking about your goal can lift your spirits, and therefore your energy levels
  • Lots more!
