What are you most grateful for in your life right now?

Today is ANZAC day, which is a day where we honour the memory of those who lost their lives defending our country.

My great uncle died in 1941 at the age of 19. He was lost when the HMAS Sydney was sunk by the Germans off the Australian coast.

Today is a time where we should consider how precious life is and why we should enjoy each and every moment. You never know when your life will be taken away, like my great uncle’s was.

He never had the chance to experience the joys I have experienced through my life.

He will never know how wonderful it is to be a parent and meet his children face to face the first time – an experience that cannot be matched by any other.

Life is extremely precious and should be valued. We should feel gratitude for all that we have and expect more, if that is what we want.

What are you most grateful for in your life right now?
