Look after YOU!

Another way to help build your confidence and self esteem is to look after yourself.

Treat yourself on occasion to a facial or a manicure, or if you’re a guy, then treat yourself to a game of golf, or a few hours fishing, or you might even want to try the facial or the manicure!  It doesn’t matter what the treat is, as long as you treat yourself!

Not only will you feel better afterwards, but it will also give you a reason to continue towards other achievements.

To measure your achievements, set yourself some easy-to-achieve, small goals.  It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as you know when you have achieved something.  Again, this is a great way to improve your confidence and self esteem.

As humans, we will do what we can to either avoid pain or to receive pleasure, so rewarding ourselves for our achievements is one small thing we can do to make sure we keep heading towards our goals and therefore improving our confidence and self esteem!
