Be Happy – Part 2

Social networks or relationships can affect your happiness. People are different so accept others for who or what they are, avoid clashes, constant arguments, and let go of resentments. If arguments seem unavoidable still try and make an effort to see the other person’s point of view.

Being happy is relatively easy. First you need to decide to be a happy person. Abraham Lincoln observed that most people for most of the time can choose how happy or stressed, how relaxed or troubled, how bright or dull their outlook will be. The choice is simple really, choose to be happy.

There are several ways by which you can do this and I will cover these in my next few posts.

Have a great day!
