Becoming a success starts with having clearly defined goals and creating a plan to achieve them, however the majority of people don’t write down their goals, and many that do are yet to create a plan to achieve their goals.

Previous visitors to my website would have seen a poll which asked what you would like to improve about yourself in 2008.

Communication was a definite number one with over 70% voting for this option!

This was followed by Knowledge, then finally the way you look.

In light of this, I thought I’d break it down a little and ask you what you would like to improve about your communication skills. So here it is, another poll!
